System Resilience Analyst – Healthcare IT

They are seeking an experienced System Resilience Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to pivotal projects in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position with potential for conversion to Full-Time Employee.
Position Overview:
The System Resilience Analyst collaborates with both Integrated Health Technologies (IHT), clinical and operational stakeholders, to conduct gap and needs assessments, and define objectives to support extended downtime needs. The System Resilience Analyst translates health system feedback and input into conceptual plans, and procedures, and facilitates necessary education and training on program documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of approved workgroups to include planning, scheduling, ensuring timely completion of assigned work, and completion of all project objectives.
- Leads multidisciplinary project meetings and provides written and oral presentations on status and achievement of objectives.
- Coordinates with clinical and operational partners to develop all aspects of planning, training, and evaluation of widespread downtime procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical, operational and IHT partners to define essential clinical workflows and associated applications.
- Responsible for tracking and cross-coordination of dependencies within and between projects and programs
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience; serving as a lead on complex and large projects
